We are committed to improve the level of information available to all visitors, the customer experience and the physical facilities at the home of Saracens. Saracens prides itself on being inclusive and accessible working with all visitors to the stadium.

The home of Saracens offers ample disabled parking, seating and toilet provision for both non-match days and match days, in addition to the very best spectator services delivered by our dedicated team of Pioneers.

How to get to Saracens Home stadium
The home of Saracens is accessible using all modes of transport.
By Train and Tube
The nearest London Underground stations to the stadium are Mill Hill East (2.0 miles, 7-minute drive), Hendon Central (2.2 miles, 11-minute drive) and Edgware (3.1 miles, 11-minute drive). Edgware and Hendon Central are the two London Underground stations that offer step-free access from the platform to the street, and both run on the same branch of the Northern line.
Travelling via National Rail will mean that the nearest station is Mill Hill Broadway (1.5 miles, 6-minute drive). This station does have some step-free access but is not completely wheelchair accessible. Induction Loop is available and there are accessible taxis available when required.
Saracens offer a free shuttle bus service every match day from the three local railway stations (Mill Hill Broadway, Mill Hill East and Edgware) to the stadium. Pioneers are based at the stations to offer a Meet and Greet service to all spectators. Frequent services are run and typically take 5-10 minutes.
All shuttle buses are serviced by Arriva and offer a tail lift service for wheelchair users.
The closest bus stop is located on Pursley Road, which is a ten minute walk away from the stadium. You can get to this stop by either using our shuttle bus services outlined above or by taking the 221 route that runs from Edgware Bus Station to Turnpike Lane Station.
Alternatively, the 113 Bus route runs from Edgware Bus Station to Marble Arch. To get to the home of Saracens on this route, disembark at Five Ways Corner, which is a 10-minute walk away from the stadium.

Parking and Drop Off Points
The stadium address for satellite navigation is: Saracens Ltd, Greenlands Lane, Hendon, London, NW4 1RL. The stadium is readily accessible from major highways. When approaching the stadium, follow signs towards the home of Saracens and access the site via our main entrance using Champions Way.
Saracens Home stadium has disabled parking spaces in the P2 Car Park which can be reserved, seasonally or in advance of a match, by calling the Supporter Services Team on 0203 870 3303. Blue badge holders will be expected to show their badge on arrival and will not be permitted to park without it. Disabled spectators without a disabled parking space can be dropped off outside Gate A, where they can access the stadium.
Wheelchair users and other disabled spectators should access the stadium through either Gate A or Gate B. Unfortunately, Gate C has limited access for those who have mobility issues, including wheelchair users. However, if a spectator has a specific mobility issue and requires support, we have an electric buggy to support movements in and around the stadium. Please call Supporter Services in advance of the match to make the required arrangements.

The A1(M) road merges into the A1 which runs very close to the stadium and via car parks at Mill Hill Broadway Station and East Finchley Station.
The A406 (The North Circular) runs through North London and links West and East London together. The road runs very close to car parks at Finchley Central Station and Arnos Grove Station, both of which are then short bus rides to the stadium.
The M1 runs from the North of England into North London, via towns such as Watford and Luton. The road runs very close to Edgware Station car park and Mill Hill Broadway Station, which are short bus rides to the stadium.
Buying Tickets for a Match Day
We aim to provide a personal service for all disabled supporters. In order to purchase tickets, please call our Supporter Services team on 0203 870 3303 where our team will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and provide the best ticket available. At busy times, you can always contact Supporter Services by emailing email@example.com. Please provide your name and phone number, and one of the team will contact you as soon as possible.
At the home of Saracens we have a variety of options available to cater for accessible customers on Saracens match days.
We have wheelchair spaces available to book, both seasonally and on a match by match basis, in the main East Stand or in the South Stand behind the posts.
For ambulant fans we will do our best to accommodate specific requirements and this will be dealt with by a member of the Saracens Supporter Services team.
Tickets will be charged at concessionary pricing for disabled supporters including wheelchair users and ambulant fans.
At the point of sale for a match ticket, our Supporter Services staff are trained to ensure the best level of service and to ensure the ticketing needs of the fan are met in line with the GDPR. For season ticket holders when they renew each season we may ask them to complete a form (optional not mandatory) to help us understand your disabilities and identify any of the club’s services which may help improve your matchday experience
Where the need for personal support has been identified, Saracens will admit one personal assistant free of charge on the understanding that they are providing a service to the disabled supporter to enable them to access matchday facilities. The personal assistant should be capable of supporting the disabled person’s needs in the event of an emergency and the Club require the disabled person and their personal assistant to enter the ground together and sit together. A personal assistance match ticket or Season Ticket should not be used to gain entry to Saracens home stadium without the eligible disabled visitor being present.
We would ask that you advise Saracens if you are to be accompanied by a personal assistant who is under the age of 16 at any time as this will ensure that the Pioneers in your area are aware should there be an emergency at any time.
Both match by match buyers and season ticket holders wishing to claim a personal assistant ticket are asked to provide proof of eligibility to support their application.
Subject to you providing proof of eligibility a personal assistant ticket is offered free of charge. The proof of eligibility we accept can be found below:
- Proof of Entitlement of Middle or Higher rate of Disability Living Allowance – Mobility or Care Component (DLA)
• Proof of entitlement of enhanced rate of Personal Independent Payment Mobility or Care Component (PIP)
• Proof of entitlement of Severe Disablement Allowance
• A copy of registration documents which certify Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted
This list is not exhaustive, and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. For guidance, the Club advises supporters to refer to the Level Playing Field website www.levelplayingfield.org.uk.
Due to current legislation, some forms of ‘Proof of Disability’ are dated and it may be necessary for you to resubmit new documentation on request.
Matchday Ticket Office
Our matchday ticket office is a temporary facility and located on the South West corner of the stadium.
There is no drop counter available in this area but staff are accommodating and mitigate this with a personal service as required. The ticket office is surrounded by non slip surfaces and a temporary induction/hearing loop is available upon request.
Saracens fixtures at the home of Saracens typically sell out and we encourage you to book in advance without the requirement to use the ticket office on a match day.
Whilst you are at Saracens home stadium
Pioneers are easily identified. They will help you locate your seat and can provide information about the facilities.
All supporters are able to sit anywhere in the stadium to enjoy the game from any seat they choose.
If for any reason a supporter feels they have more specific requirements (a certain, area , block or row) they should contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss their requirement in more detail.
The top tiers of all are stands can be steep and we would therefore discourage any supporter who would be unable to exit the stadium quickly in the event of an emergency from purchasing tickets in these areas.
Accessible viewing areas for wheelchair users are available in both the South Stand and East Stand. There is personal assistant space available in both areas. Dedicated matchday disabled liaison staff are also posted in both these areas.
The South stand has a raised accessible viewing platform with a capacity of 20 wheelchair spaces excluding personal assistants. Personal assistants may be required to sit behind the wheelchair user pending demand for use on any given game. There is step-free access via the accessible entrances at either end of the South Stand. Please note the stadium is considered an outdoor venue and whilst a roof exists on each of our stands, these accessible platforms are not covered and visitors may get wet dependent on the weather and the direction of the wind.
The East stand has a capacity 16 wheelchair spaces at elevated level. with space for personal assistants on request. Step-free access to this space is available via the main entrance to the rear of the East Stand. On arrival Pioneers will greet you, before directing you to the lifts to get to access the appropriate areas.
There are toilets, including accessible toilets at regular intervals, located across the facility, which are easily located within close vicinity from any seat in the stadium.
Users of the accessible viewing platforms in the South stand can use the accessible toilets located to the rear of the South Stand or within our East stand Olympic Bar.
Users of the accessible viewing platforms in the East stand can use the accessible toilets located adjacent to hospitality on Level 2, Players Lounge.
Alarms are fitted to floor level within all our East Stand accessible toilets. There are no alarms fitted across the rest of the site.
Currently all accessible toilets are not fitted with RADAR locks. However, this is subject to change at which point visitors can use their own key or should contact the nearest Pioneer.
Catering kiosks are found at regular intervals around the stadium.
There is a lower counter located within our Olympic Bar whilst several our other temporary concessions also offer this facility or a personal service to accommodate those requiring this type of facility.
Straws are available upon request throughout the stadium.
Sensory Room / Changing Places
We do not have a dedicated Sensory Room or Changing Places facilities available on a match day, however we can offer quieter places for people who may need them. We are happy to discuss your individual requirements and talk through the facilities we do have to offer, please contact email@example.com on 0203 870 3303.
The Saracens Store
The Saracens Store is located in the South-East corner of the East Stand and is the best place to buy all your official club merchandise. Easily accessible via Gate A, the shop is entirely on one, lower level with easy-access doors to enter. With non-slip surfaces around the shop itself, wheelchair users can move between the merchandise without problems.
If you require a quieter period to visit the store, we recommend getting there around 2 hours before kick-off, or waiting till 30 minutes after the final whistle. The shop is also open midweek from 09:00 till 16:30 with these days and times being considerably quieter.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to do your shopping online then you can do so by visiting shop.saracens.com where your official merchandise can be delivered straight to your door.
The home of Saracens has a number of temporary hearing loops on site and upon request to any of our Pioneers we are able to provide this service at any service area including catering, retail and hospitality.
Signage around the stadium is white type on a blue background, with our concourses being highly visible, offering a contrast between the walls and the floors.
Assistance dogs are welcome at the Stadium. Should you wish to bring your assistance dog along, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Storage can be provided for wheelchairs and walking frames for those supporters who are able to transfer into a seat. Please ask our Pioneers for details when you arrive at the Stadium.
Evacuation procedures will be advised by the Safety Officer and actioned by Pioneers as required. Disabled refuge points exist throughout the East stand at all levels. EvacSlydes are ready for use within the East stand from Level M, Level 1 and Level 2.
The areas around the stadium has predominantly level access and all pavements have dropped kerbs. When moving around the vicinity of the stadium please stick to the footpaths and avoid walking in the roads.

Who are the Pioneers?
The Saracens’ Pioneers are a unique resource that draws on best practice for crowd safety management, in conjunction with a level of customer service that is, we believe, unmatched at any other sport venue. The Pioneers are a team of volunteers that are here to meet and greet all supporters coming to the Stadium on match days. Our group consists of all ages, with most Pioneers being Saracens fans for years. The one thing we all have in common is our desire to go that extra mile and give all supporters the best possible matchday experience.
All Pioneers are trained to Level 2 Spectator Safety, and the team who support assisted customers all have keen equality and disability awareness. A number have professional experience working with a client groups with range of physical, emotional and learning difficulties
What Do We Do? How can we help?
Anything we can do to help is the easy answer. Our team will provide help, guidance and the answers to any questions you might have when you arrive at the Stadium. We can provide a dedicated service to our disabled visitors, ranging from escorting you to your seats, to help with half-time refreshments and everything else in between. We all work together as one big team, so in the unlikely event we can’t help you, we can certainly find someone who can.

Our team can be found on a matchday on the approaches to the Stadium and at the Stadium in the lead up to all Saracens fixtures and major events. You will easily spot us dressed in our bright blue uniform, so just come and find us, ask us anything, and we will do all we can to help.
Dedicated Pioneers can be called to assist with transportation in and around the stadium if you have a mobility issue.
